How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Signing up is free; you only pay per pound when your package reaches Costa Rica.
How long does my package take?
4 to 5 days from when your package reaches our Miami address. How long the store takes to ship it to Miami depends on the store. We'll let you know when it's in Costa Rica.
How do I get my package?
Two ways: we bring it to your door, or we send it by parcel service anywhere in Costa Rica. Both have an extra fee depending on where you are; ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
In cash, by bank transfer or with SINPE Móvil.
Do I pay import taxes?
Not separately. Taxes are already included in the ₡4,000 per pound, so the amount we charge you is the total.
What if I forget my QUICK YETI code?
Without the code we can't tell whose package it is, and it may be delayed. Check that it's in the last-name field before you pay, and if you forgot, tell us right away.
I live in the US. Can I send something to my family in Costa Rica?
Yes. Your family member signs up for free and gives you their Miami address and QUICK YETI code. When you buy online, ship it to that address with their code as the last name. It reaches them in Costa Rica 4 to 5 days after it arrives in Miami, and they pay the per-pound rate when they receive it.
